consistently ranked the top orthopedic sports medicine and neurologic rehabilitation hospitals in the United States.  Dr. Hoogendyk has served athletes and teams from all arenas nationally and internationally, including athletes from USA Track and Field, US Women's National Soccer Team, MLS, NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, as well as tactical and special operations professionals. He was also a member of the Sports Medicine staff for the AVP Professional Beach Volleyball Tour from 2004-2010. As a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS), Evaluation &Treatment of the Spine (Cert. MDT), and Strength & Conditioning Science(CSCS) and Sports Science (CPSS),  Dr. Hoogendyk hasalso earned his Orthopedic Residency and Fellowship in Biomechanics andMovement Science with the University of Southern California, MovementPerformance Institute and Department of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy. Hehas served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of SouthernCalifornia in the Department of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy (OrthopedicClinical Assessment, Clinical Imaging and Radiology). He was recruited todesign and teach the Clinical Imaging and Radiology curriculum for the Doctorof Physical Therapy program at Loma Linda University.

Mark Stout – Chief Operating Officer

At LJ Mark was responsible forintegrating numerous technology platforms to ensure all manufacturing andquality assurance practices met the strict semiconductor “copy exact” andInternationally established standards.  During his time at LJ, Mark grewthe company from 35 to 130 employees and increased revenues over 600%.  At MHS Mark is again working in anenvironment that is focused on combining a highly skilled team with advancedtechnologies and software development.  The margin of error at LJ wasmeasured as 1/10,000th of an inch.  At MHS, the margin oferror can mean the difference between an athlete being on the field v. theinjury recovery room.  Mark’s goal at MHS is to help create a repeatable,objective, and science backed approach to develop and implement predictiveanalytics to empower organizations to help their athletes prevent and treatinjuries. Mark was a Division 1 collegiate swimmer at Long Beach State University wherehe earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. He went onto earn his Juris Doctorate from University California Davis Law School. He isa member of the California Bar Association.

Jason Antico - Chief Software Architect

Jason is leading MHS’ software development platform,laying the framework to integrate our software with the multiple technologyplatforms used by MHS to build athlete biomechanic profiles.  Jason is focused on creating solutions toimplement advanced technologies to make them more user friendly to improvecommunication between our customers’ clinical staff, the coaching staff and theathletes.  Basically, to use software totranslate 1000s of data points into actionable plans for organizations andtheir athletes Jason received his Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering fromUniversity of North Florida and Masters of Science in Aerospace Engineeringfrom Georgia Tech.  He has been workingin the Aerospace Industry since 2013.
